🛒 Dealer Requirements

To maintain consistency and protect our retailers, we ask that all Bow Buddy dealers meet the following guidelines:


Minimum Opening Order

  • To keep our wholesale program simple during rollout, we currently offer one core SKU for wholesale partners:

    Bow Buddy Twist-On 3.0 — Black on Black

    MSRP: $14.99
    This SKU is our best-selling model, offering strong retail velocity and excellent margins for our dealers.

Authorized Sales Channels

Retail partners may sell Bow Buddy through:

  • Physical storefronts

  • Archery ranges

  • Hunting outfitters

  • Club pro shops

  • Approved e-commerce stores (case-by-case)

Retailers may not sell Bow Buddy on:

  • Amazon

  • Walmart Marketplace

  • TikTok Shop

  • Etsy

    (unless explicitly approved in writing)

MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing)

To protect our dealers nationwide, Bow Buddy enforces a Minimum Advertised Price policy.

Dealers agree not to advertise Bow Buddy products below our listed MAP.

Lead Times & Shipping

  • Wholesale orders typically ship within 3–5 business days

  • Larger or custom-color orders may require additional production time

  • All orders ship from Las Cruces, New Mexico

Expedited shipping options are available.

 

🔧 Warranty & Support

Bow Buddy stands behind every product.

Dealers may offer customer returns/exchanges according to their store policies; we will assist with replacement parts if needed.
